Previous Experience:

Prior to creating Partners for Talent, Sylvie Vercruysse was the Director of Finance and Corporate Development for a diversified family-owned holding company active in three sectors: building, chemicals and durable consumer goods.
Previously, she held Finance and Marketing positions with Procter & Gamble Benelux.

Education:

Sylvie Vercruysse received her commercial engineering degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and her M.B.A. from Insead, Fontainebleau. In addition, she took part in the Board Training Program of the Belgian Governance Institute, Guberna. She is fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Additional Professional Activities

Sylvie Vercruysse was an active Board Member and Member of the Executive Committee of Stow International, a leading European producer of storage equipment, from 1992 to 2006.
She is a member of the Insead Alumni Association, the Ekonomika Alumni Association, the VMA (Vlaamse Management Associatie) and the European Professional Women Network (PWN).
